I got exactly what I ordered…well made, solid, and attractive. Fits perfectly in the drawer. As it turns out, the silverware slots are too long. If I had it to do over I would shorten the silverware slots and add another perpendicular Slot. Some advice by the designer would have been helpful.
From start to finish, I have been thoroughly satisfied! Gary, exceeded every one of my expectations. He was very meticulous about measurements and explaining the scope of the job to me. When I received my drawer spaces, I was blown away at how it came packaged with such detail and care. And when I opened to see the product, it was over and above what I expected! Good quality, precise and well made.
